Scoop procured the off-market purchase of The Chilterns for future residential development.
The Chilterns was previously the main shopping attraction in the Home Counties town of High Wycombe. This changed when the Eden Centre also opened in the town.
Scoop procured the off-market purchase of The Chilterns for residential developer Dandara. The centre is currently being readied for redevelopment and change of use to provide residential units for sale.
The shopping centre is being kept operational during the planning and pre-development phases and Scoop provides all the asset and property management services.
