The Thistles entirely dominates Stirling city centre, providing over 500,000 sq ft of retail space over a single level. With a total of 90 units, the Centre benefits from several major anchors including M&S, Primark, Boots, Next, Superdrug, River Island and JD Sports.
Scoop identified the opportunity, undertook all commercial due diligence and negotiated the acquisition. Asset management initiatives to include the reconfiguration/redevelopment of the former Debenhams store as part of the repositioning of the Centre, the delivery of various key lettings and the relocation/upsizing of existing retailers and the introduction of increased catering options.
