Scoop confirms letting to TJ Hughes at the Antonine Centre, Cumbernauld
At the Antonine Centre, Scoop has taken a surrender of the lease to Dunnes Stores, who paid a reverse premium to exit their long-term commitment. Scoop then simultaneously concluded a letting of the entire 43,500 sq ft store to TJ Hughes, for a term of 15 years.
