Graham has over 35 years of property asset management and development experience. He is primarily involved with planning and development, alongside asset management, with an overriding interest in financial viability and returns.

He has held senior positions with major listed companies and was involved in the property development of numerous retail projects in the UK, Singapore and Malaysia. In 1998, Graham joined Ashcroft Estates Plc as a major shareholder and executive director of retail development and asset management. Ashcroft became an asset enhancement specialist, owning and managing 23 shopping centres, totalling over 4m sq ft of floor space with a value in excess of £1bn.

Graham has studied design evolution in North America, Europe and South East Asia. He has an in-depth understanding of how asset management, renovation and new development works at all levels, with an overriding interest in financial viability and returns.
